Packaging Format

All the Additions range is available in waisted 800ml shaker jars and 500ml shaker tubs with a handling section making it easy to tip and sprinkle. The double sprinkle lid has free flow and limited flow options. Dosing is easier and wastage and over-dispense is minimised.

Ingredients

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Sunflower Oil, Invert Sugar Syrup, Natural Flavour, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Glazing Agent (Beeswax), Fruit Concentrate, Colours (E140, E163, E160a).

Storage Conditions

Store Additions in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odours. Reseal after use.

Tutti Frutti Meringues

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 115g Caster Sugar
  • 115g Icing Sugar 50g
  • Tutti Frutti Fudge

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 100°C and line baking tray with parchment.
  2. Whisk the 4 large egg whites in a bowl with a food mixer until stiff peaks are formed.
  3. Turn up the mixer speed and gradually add in the Caster Sugar (1 dessert spoonful at a time) until thick and glossy.
  4. Fold in the Icing Sugar 1/3 at a time making sure not to knock out too much air. The finished mix should be smooth and billowy.
  5. Spoon globs onto the baking sheet for individual nests. or pipe into a circular Pavlova shape.
  6. Bake for 90 minutes.
  7. Once baked, cool or wire rack and serve with fresh fruit, whipped cream and sprinkle with Tutti Frutti Fudge.
