Sugar Strands are a simple, yet eye-catching way of brightening up your doughnuts, cupcakes, traybakes, or sprinkle onto ice cream and froyo.

Shake onto

Whipped Cream, Ice Cream, Hot Drinks, Mousses, chilled desserts, Yogurt

Sprinkle onto

Butter Creams, Pastries, Hot & Chilled Desserts, Cupcakes, Chocolate

Stir through

Coolers and Shakes, Sauces & mousses and Chocolate

Packaging Format

The Additions Home Baking range is available in 80g shaker jars. The double sprinkle lid has free flow and limited flow options making it easy to tip and sprinkle.

Ingredients

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Coconut Oil, Water, Colour (Beetroot Red, Anthocyanin (from Grapes, Red Cabbage, Purple Broccoli), Paprika, Curcumin), Glazing Agent (Beeswax).

Storage Conditions

Store Additions in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odours. Reseal after use.

Choc Chip Cheesecake Bites

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 100g Cream Cheese
  • 100g Double Cream
  • 30g Caster Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 40g Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 200g Dark Cookie Crumb

Method

  1. Whisk all ingredients together to until thick.
  2. Pipe or spoon the mix into a lined baking tray.
  3. Leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Whilst the cheesecake bites are chilling, place dark cookie crumb into a shallow tray.
  5. Remove the cheesecake bites from the fridge and roll in the dark cookie crumb to coat.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
