Packaging Format

All the Additions range is available in waisted 800ml shaker jars and 500ml shaker tubs with a handling section making it easy to tip and sprinkle. The double sprinkle lid has free flow and limited flow options. Dosing is easier and wastage and over-dispense is minimised.

Ingredients

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Natural Flavour, Glazing Agent, (Shellac, Beeswax), Fruit Concentrate (Elderberry), Acidity Regulator, Citric Acid), Sunflower Oil.

Storage Conditions

Store Additions in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odours. Reseal after use.

Additions Strawberry And Cream Crunch Strawberries And Cream Marshmallow Mousse

Strawberries and Cream Marshmallow Mousse

Ingredients

  • 250g Pink and White Mini Mallows
  • 200g Cream Cheese
  • 200g Double Cream
  • 50g Strawberry and Cream Crunch

Method

  1. Melt Mini Marshmallows in microwavable bowl in microwave. (Pay close attention here as they melt very quickly).
  2. Cream together the melted marshmallows with the cream cheese. The consistency should become runny.
  3. Mix through 30g of Strawberry and Cream Crunch.
  4. Pour mixture into 6 Ramekins and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Whilst mousses are chilling whip up some double cream and fill a piping bag with a star tip nozzle.
  6. Bring out the chilled mousses and pipe on a star of double cream and decorate with the remaining Strawberry and Cream Crunch.
