Packaging Format

All the Additions range is available in waisted 800ml shaker jars with a handling section making it easy to tip and sprinkle. The double sprinkle lid has free flow and limited flow options. Dosing is easier and wastage and over-dispense is minimised.

Additions Mallows Easter Rocky Road

Easter Rocky Road


  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 2-3 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 135g Butter
  • 100g Mallows
  • 200g Digestive biscuits
  • Icing sugar to dust
  • Raisins (optional)
  • Dried cranberries or any dried fruit (optional)
  • Nuts (optional)
  • Mini Chocolate eggs (optional)


  1. Line a small/medium baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place biscuits into a freezer bag and hit break into a mixture between dust and 50p size lumps. Put to one side.
  3. In a large sauce pan melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup over a gentle heat, stir until there are no lumps of chocolate visible, then remove from the heat.
  4. Pour Biscuits and Mallows into the pan of chocolate mixture. Stir until completely covered.
  5. Tip the mixture into the lined baking tray spread to the corners.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours then dust with icing sugar and cut into fingers sizes.
