Additions Jazzies Chocolate Donut

Chocolate Donut


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/6 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Chocolate Ganache: 2/3 cup chocolate chips. 1 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Preheat oven to 325°f. Spray donut pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, set aside. Combine coconut milk, egg, coconut extract, butter and 2 tbsp oil in a second bowl. Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stir until just combined.
  3. Pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 10 mins. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine chocolate and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl and microwave on 60% power, stir every 30 secs for about 2 mins.
  6. Let chocolate thicken before you dip the donuts. Let the chocolate covered donuts sit for 3-4 minutes before dipping them into the coconut.
  7. Top with Jazzies.
