Made in Belgium with chocolate from Callebaut. Perfect to top a cheesecake, decorate a chocolate sponge or sprinkle onto ice cream.

Packaging Format

All the Additions range is available in waisted 800ml shaker jars with a handling section making it easy to tip and sprinkle. The double sprinkle lid has free flow and limited flow options. Dosing is easier and wastage and over-dispense is minimised.

Chocolate Sauce and Sponge Pudding


  • 190g Self Raising Flour
  • 50g Cocoa Powder
  • 5g Baking Powder
  • 240g Butter or Margarine
  • 240g Caster Sugar
  • 240g Eggs (4 Medium)
  • 500g Milk
  • 50g Belgian Dark Chocolate Curls


  1. Cream butter with caster sugar in a mixer
  2. In a jug, gently mix the eggs and milk together
  3. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
  4. With the mixer on slow, alternately add in the wet and dry ingredients until thoroughly combined
  5. Grease and line 6 sponge pudding moulds
  6. Pour in equal amounts of the batter into the moulds and bake at 160° for 20 mins
  7. Once baked, turn out chocolate sponges onto a serving plate. Smother in chocolate sauce and sprinkle on Belgian Dark Chocolate Curls
